Returns & Refunds


We will gladly exchange your product/s bought online & event stalls, in the case of wrong size or faulty. All we ask is that any product/s you are exchanging are in original condition with all tags attached, the packaging is intact. PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMIZED ITEMS are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty).

To exchange an item purchased please email us at support@dirtgirlzclothing.com.au to arrange. Once this has been confirmed please send the item back to address given via email. Once received we will send the exchange to you. Alternatively, you can choose to have the value of your exchange (your original purchase price) credited onto a Dirt Girlz Clothing (which is valid for 365 days).

Perth customers, you can arrange to drop off exchange items to our Butler address or at an arranged event.

Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your exchange parcel. Dirt Girlz Clothing is not liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds will not be given for change of mind. All our items are quality checked prior to being posted to you to ensure 100% quality. However in the rare event that you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a full refund on your purchase including postage costs. All faults need to be reported to us within 3 days.

Should your item not be up to standard please email us support@dirtgirlzclothing.com.au letting us know. We will email you with return post details.


If you have received your order and there is an item/s missing, you must contact us within 3 days to advise us of this.

In the rare event that your goods are damaged or lost during transit/delivery, Dirt Girlz Clothing takes no responsibility for this, and therefore we will not replace or refund you for these items. By ordering from this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
